1. Shipping Information

  • Shipping Fees : Fixed shipping fee for all orders within Turkey is [X TL]. Shipping is free for purchases over a certain amount.
  • Shipping Time : Your orders will be delivered to cargo within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days for Turkey.
  • International Shipping : We currently only ship within Turkey. International shipping will be added soon.

2. Delivery Details

3. Return Policy

  • Return Conditions : Products must be in their original packaging, unused and undamaged. Hygiene products (cosmetics, skin care products, etc.) are not accepted for return if they have been opened.

4. Return Shipping Fee

  • Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, however, for faulty or defective products, the return shipping cost is covered by us.

  • You will be notified by email when your return is approved. Credit card refunds may take a few days depending on your bank.
